One Steps & Stances
Part of your training for each belt level will involve one-step sparring. You will learn progressively challenging and complex self-defense combinations to combat a one-step, one-punch attack.
A key element to learning your patterns is working on ensuring that you are making proper stances throughout. As the patterns become more complex, the stances and stance-shifts will become more complex as well.
